When we were planning our new book, SUPER GREEN, SIMPLE AND LEAN, we specifically chose recipes that were simple and quick to make - but that have tonnes of flavour.

We truly believe that being healthy and cooking nutritious food can be a joy and can be quick! We’re conscious that everyone lives incredibly busy lives so a lot of the recipes we created are one dish wonders. This way, you’re able to get a nutritious and delicious meal on the table in no time at all!

One of our favourites is our Asian Kazoodle Salad. When testing our recipes, we usually make it for our friends and family to taste-test, and this one got a few extra big ticks of approval! It’s one of those recipes that is filling enough as a whole meal on its own, but as another option, you can also serve it up as the perfect side for any meal. We’re especially excited to take it to friends’ houses, barbeques and picnics this year!
