BERRY HEALTHY RECIPES


You may have heard us mention before that we have absolutely loved collaborating with Ocean Spray over the last year.  It’s been a seriously fun (and delicious) journey; helping them launch their low-sugar range, discussing their healthy snack options, creating delicious recipes and of course, snacking on some delicious trail mixes along the way!

We’ve definitely developed a bit of soft spot for Ocean Spray products.  Healthy, delicious and super convenient, those low-sugar cranberry juices and the trail mixes have become a highlight of our 3pm snack break and gotten us through plenty of long shooting days.  Not only do they keep our energy levels up but our moods as well.  Like seriously, how could a chocolate-covered craisin not make you smile?

What we love about the Ocean Spray Low Sugar range is that it’s sweetened with stevia, which is an all-natural, plant-based sweetener, so you're skipping the processed white stuff.  On top of this, cranberries themselves are nutritional powerhouses.  Packed full nutrients, antioxidants and fibre, cranberries help to improve immunity and prevent illness.  This makes them an awesome addition to healthy recipes like smoothies, brekkie bowls and salads.
