They are also immunity boosters and have been proven in clinical studies to protect against the damaging effects of radiation and chemotherapy.

Pomegranates

Pomegranates are amazing - not just for their colour, but their healing abilities as well. The high levels of antioxidants in pomegranates are said to help control certain types of cancer. Research has shown that drinking just 1 cup of pomegranate juice a day may prevent or suppress the growth of prostate, breast and colon cancers.

Beetroots

The element that gives beetroot its beautiful red-purple colour, also makes it a powerful antioxidant, giving our bodies regenerative abilities and assisting in cardiovascular health. Studies have shown that a diet high in beetroot can lower blood pressure, reduce bad cholesterol, and increase good cholesterol. Amazing!

Rosemary

Rosemary has several therapeutic powers, particularly as an antidepressant and remedy for nerves. The herb is said to promote energy levels and feelings of well-being and is therefore used to supplement treatments for anxiety and depression.
