We all know that good health starts in the gut, which means what we’re eating can have a massive impact on how we’re feeling (both good and bad).

We know how it is to feel sluggish after eating a big pizza; compared to the feeling of eating a delicious home-made stir fry, for example, and we bet you feel the same. We know that your life is sooo busy though (because ours is too!), which is why to combat those sometimes-less-than-ideal eating habits and to get the best out of what we put into our body, we have a teaspoon of our SWIISH DELIISH Super Green Superfood Powder every single morning.
