They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we wholeheartedly agree.

Breakfast is also one of our favourite times of the day because how we begin our morning is a good indication of how the rest of the day will be. If we get up early to go for a walk and get organised, we know we’re going to have a super productive day! On the other hand, if we hit the snooze button too many times, our day seems to go much slower. 

Getting up early to seize the day is a lot easier when we have a delicious breakfast to wake up to. During the week, our go-to breakfast is of course a smoothie, but on weekends, we love making a breakfast that rivals any of the best cafes!

One of those breakfasts is our Quinoa Brekkie Bowl from our latest cookbook, Simple and Lean. Breakfast bowls are incredibly popular at the moment and rightly so!
