An antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powerhouse to boost your morning with.

Vegan / Dairy-free / Refined Sugar-free / Paleo. Makes approximately 1L


  • 3 x 3cm piece ginger, peeled and diced into 1cm cubes

  • ½ cup fresh thyme, washed and chopped

  • ¼ pineapple, skinned and roughly chopped

  • 2 oranges, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 2 lemons, peeled and roughly chopped 

  • 4 carrots, washed and roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon 

  • 2 tablespoons turmeric 

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil


  1. Boil 700mL of water and set aside in a heatproof bowl or cup. Add the ginger and thyme into the boiled water, cover and leave to soften for 15 minutes.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender, then add the ginger, thyme and water once softened. 

  3. Blend the entire mix for 2 minutes on a medium-high setting.

  4. Once blended, strain to separate the juice from the unblended ingredients into a large 1L jar or container. 

  5. Store juice in the fridge for up to 1 week and enjoy in small ½ cup (125mL) servings with breakfast. 

SWIISH Tip: You can add the left-over unblended ingredients to any banana muffin or loaf recipe to give it a delicious, citrus kick!
