CHICKEN SALAD IN A JAR 3 WAYS
Too many people tend to think of salads as ‘a bowl of leaves’ or ‘rabbit food’, but that’s so not true. In our opinion, salads can be exciting, satisfying and delicious – you just need to know the right combo.
We’ve probably come up with hundreds of salad recipes over the years. But of all the combos we’ve created, there’s a few that we find ourselves going back to over and over again. The following three salads are not only super healthy, they’re also super quick and convenient. We often like to whip one up the night before and then just grab it out the fridge before work.
The thing we love most about these salads though? They’re packed full of exciting ingredients like soba noodles, mint, cranberries, goats cheese and black sesame seeds, just to name a few. In other words, these are salads you’re actually going to look forward to eating.
