MASH 3 WAYS


Mashed potatoes are probably the longest running staple in the history of side dishes.  Us Aussies have been serving this simple dish up for decades!  And we’re by no means the only mash-loving nation.  

Yep, there’s just something about the comforting flavour and creamy texture of mash potatoes that we can’t fault.  Plus, they go with everything!  The only issue is they can sometimes be a bit boring, which isn’t ideal if you’re trying to impress your guests.  

So, we decided to amp up our mash game with some exciting new flavours.   Think ricotta cheese, sweet potato, bacon and garlic… our mouths are watering already!  For us, it’s all about keeping that classic, creamy texture but also adding something a little unique.

We love these mash recipes because they’re also super quick and easy.  You can make them in minutes any night of the week but at the same time, they’re fancy enough to serve up at a dinner party.  Just like a great dress, they’re perfect for every occasion!
