I’m sinking my teeth into a copy of David Penglase’s book, Intentionomics: The Impact of your intentions on living a happy, flourishing and prosperous life. In it, David guides us through nine key ‘truths’ to help us understand who we need to be and how to achieve our goals. The truths include controlling our inner voice, developing intentional success habits, and pursuing our aspirational goals.

What I love about the book is that we get a peek into David’s own life as well, and see how he lives an intentional life. Powerful stuff!
