I think I speak for many mums out there when I say that bath time can either be a total nightmare or the highlight of the day.  It all depends on how tired they are and how entertained you can keep them while they’re in the water.

If there’s one thing that can make or break bath time though, it’s a good toy. Bath time can seem like a chore for kids but throw a plastic mermaid in the mix and you may as well relax by the bath with a book.  They’ll stay entertained all on their own!  (At least most of the time… ha ha!)

Amongst the mums in the SWIISH team, we’ve tried and tested our fair share of water toys.  And along the way, there’s been a few that stand out from the rest.  But after trialling the Splashlings toy range recently, I think it’s safe to say we’ve found a new favourite.

The Splashlings range is filled with fun characters like mermaids, ocean friends, gems, shells and treasures for kids to collect and play with.  The website also features exciting ‘webisodes’ that the kids can’t seem to get enough of.  The range only launched in the US in February and is already one of the top kids collectibles, receiving over 45 million views on YouTube!

It's the wide variety of options combined with the cute characters that kids love so much. Plus the collectible aspect is always a winner too, making them a great gift for little ones.

Splashlings is set to launch in Australia with Toys’R’Us, selected aquariums and all good toy stores at the end of October.  We can’t wait!  We know that once the kids start collecting these adorable characters, we’ll have gifts sorted for years.

Okay now for the exciting part… you can get them for FREE.  Yep, that’s right…  Thanks to Splashlings, we have five packs valued at $55 each to give away.  That means there will be FIVE winners picked  - those are the kind of odds we like.

To enter the competition, simply comment below and answer this question in 25 words or less ‘Which Splashlings character would your child relate to most and why?’  Use your imagination!

Winners will be announced on 14th October.
