Two words: minimal luxe. That’s what I am loving about one of this season’s biggest trends – utilitarian. With its military influences, this trend takes one of our favourite neutrals, khaki and gives it a dash of luxe.
Whether it’s an oversized anorak or a pleated skirt, you’ll want to get in quick to shop this look for Autumn / Winter. It’s one of those trends that’s easy to incorporate into your existing wardrobe – I’ll be pairing my luxe utilitarian pieces with white, denim, black and navy.
Add a bright lip, a statement necklace or your faveourite black booties.
To avoid going OTT, I’ll go tonal with khaki and neutral colours or pick one statement piece and work with that. I love the minimalist look of a sleek jumpsuit with heels.
