A Salted Caramel Smoothie that’s big on flavour, but little on calories. Not to mention it’s loaded with superfoods – including flaxseeds – that support healthy hormones and regular digestion.

SALTED CARAMEL SMOOTHIE

Dairy-free / Refined Sugar-free
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk – we love using almond!
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, optional
  • ¼ tsp salt

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. We topped ours with extra ground flaxseeds and another date to serve.
