Winter may be over (thank goodness!) but that doesn’t mean we can’t still have fun with layering. The trick to it is to choose just a couple of classic, light pieces.
I recently found the perfect outfit for spring by throwing a lightweight knit over a pretty lace cami. While you can definitely wear a cami like this on its own (the underwear as outerwear trend is still going strong) this is a great option for those mild, in-between weather days.
The cream colour of my top contrasts so well with the dark blue jeans. Topped off with chic black sandals and cat eye sunnies, this outfit is ladylike without being too frilly. I love the peek-a-boo slip of lace – I can’t wait to try this with other outfits!
