Add 1 teaspoon to at least ½ cup of hot water or warm milk and stir well. Sweeten if desired

GLOW CHOCOLATE COLLAGEN POWDER:
Enjoy Hot: Add 2 teaspoons to 1/2 cup of warm milk or hot water and stir well. Sweeten if desired.
Enjoy Cold: Add 2 teaspoons to 1/2 cup of cold milk or water. Shake or blend until smooth. Pour over ice and enjoy. Sweeten if desired.

Studies show that the adaptogen Siberian Ginseng helps the body adapt to stress. Under certain kinds of stress, the human body secretes compounds known as inflammatory cytokines that increase systemic inflammation. A recent systematic review looked at 11 major studies that have assessed the use of collagen for skin health and signs of ageing. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in skin elasticity, hydration, and dermal collagen density (the amount of collagen found in skin), as well as wound healing and overall signs of ageing. These findings also showed that collagen supplementation is generally considered safe with no reported adverse side effects.
