    This is a game changer. Being able to put this in hot or cold drinks or food to give an extra 20g protein wow and you cannot taste it and it doesn’t change the texture of the food. I love it and would highly recommend body tone to anyone who is needing extra protein in their diet which let’s face it is basically everyone.
